Personality: Hideo is a calculating individual, but perfectly approachable.  He likes humor and takes becoming a hero very seriously.  While not a coward, he may decide to retreat if he feels there is nothing to be gained.  He can be prideful, bordering on arrogant, when it comes to his intellect.  He believes in bettering himself every day.
History: In his young life, Hideo was troubled, worried about his place in life and whether or not he might inherit a Quirk.  When his friends were emitting light, spouting water, and controlling magnetic fields, the young boy simply concentrated on his studies – though as he grew, it became less and less interesting, easily passing his various tests and schoolwork without any real problem.  Instead, he focused on his lack of Quirk – though the older he grew, the more he began to realize that perhaps his intelligence was his Quirk.  This was later confirmed, and, finally he could level his considerable intellect upon a goal – becoming a hero.
