Appearance: Due to the nature of his Quirk having allowed for him to pass generally as Quirkless, Minoru has been long-employed as a police detective with the Police Force. Whether on or off duty, he typically dresses as he does on the job; in an otherwise nondescript suit and overcoat, Minoru could pass for one of another four dozen such detectives that are employed at the Force. Most ascribe his frequently gaunt, sunken appearance to endless hours spent working on some case or another. He is notably tall when compared to those that are Quirkless, but not significantly outstanding when compared to the total population. As he is a man of many vices, Minoru will typically smell like alcohol, cheap cigarettes, or some combination of the two.


Personality: Minoru is a diligent person with a zealous sense of right and wrong. He has an absolutist sense of his role in the world and an obsession with the value of what he perceives to be "truth". He is regarded as humourless and intense by his coworkers and as abrasive or intimidating by his subordinates.These characteristics carry over to the personality he manifests as Feedback, though they are filtered through the of someone who perceives themselves to wield the responsibilities of a judge, a jury, and an executioner.

History: Through having spent the vast majority of his life believing himself to be Quirkless, having failed to have understood the activation of his Quirk each time he touched another person, Minoru grew both to resent the distant treatment he received through the nature of both; unlike those around him, he could pursue no greater goal of development or growth through a Quirk, nor could he aspire to be a hero, nor could most stand to be around him for how exhausted they became in the process. Like many who spent their adolescent years in an age of great conflict between justice and injustice, Minoru sought to correct wrongdoing in what he believed to be the only manner available to him through police work.

In his time in law enforcement, he only became more disillusioned with the scale of decadence and vain self-importance within a profession he believed to be deserving of nothing less than an unyielding and pragmatic yearning for truth and righteousness. This disillusionment led him to his current abuse of his powers. Through no conscious act of his own, Minoru discovered that he did have a Quirk. He explored its limits. He learned to exploit its uses.

Now, under the cover afforded to him by his position, he acts as the vigilante known only in reputation as Feedback. His consequence-blind acts of incredible violence against both heroes and criminals have built up considerable legend around the pseudonym, but only the physical repercussions of his fights themselves survive to tell tales of his likeness.

Family Members: Both of Minoru's parents are in their 50s, he has one living grandparent (his mother's mother), and he has one younger sister.

Description: By altering its the metabolic process of its user's body, Feedback allows its user to drain strength and energy from others in order to amplify its user's. When Feedback is activated, its user is able to drain a person's Quirk Factor, weakening both that person and their Quirk. After having drawn from a person's Quirk Factor, the user's own power is amplified.

Weaknesses: As it acts by destabilising the normal metabolic function of its user's body, Feedback creates a requirement for its frequent use in the same way that a normal person would be required to eat. Going without using Feedback for more than a week will kill its user, while going without using it for more than three days will weaken its user (causing them to suffer a 1-Rank penalty to their Power and to receive an additional Wound each time they would suffer a Wound until they use the Quirk again). For each day its user goes without using Feedback, they become progressively more emaciated. While Feedback can only be activated by making physical contact with another person or a manifestation of their Quirk (so long as the two are connected; touching a branch formed by Kamui Woods' Arbor would allow Feedback to activate while touching a carpet made by Creati's Creation would not), it does not inherently negate the effects of that Quirk. For example, if its user attempted to block Quirk-manifested fire barehanded, Feedback would allow them to drain from the Quirk Factor of their opponent but would not prevent them from being burned.

• Level 1: The user begins at this level, allowing them to drain 1 Rank from a person's Power for five posts (or sixty seconds, whichever is shorter). The user's Power, while Feedback is active on at least one person, is added to the base damage of their physical strikes.
  
• Level 2: The user's Wound Threshold is increased by 2 as long as their Quirk is active on at least one person.
  
• Level 3: While Feedback is active on a person, as long as their Quirk has more than 1 Level, their Quirk Level is 1 Level lower.
  
• Level 4: The user's Power, while Feedback is active on at least one person, is treated as 1 Rank higher (to a maximum of 6).
  
• Level 5: Feedback's use drains 1 Rank from a person's highest non-Power statistic for its duration.
