Personality: An outgoing prankster who is quick to make friends but has a hard time keeping them. His quirk has a habit of scaring people away.
History: He knew he wanted to be a hero when he used his quirk to protect a friend of his that was being bullied back in America. He was afraid of his abilities in the beginning. He was thought to be quirkless until strange things started happening, and his abilities began to manifest at night. He would wake up in his phantom form, see his sleeping body below him, and assume the worst. He thought they were just nightmares, until he discovered he could move things in his Ghost form. His doctor then determined it was a quirk. Protecting his friend with his powers was a turning point for him. It taught him that his quirk isn’t anything to be afraid of, as long as he can control it, and as long as he can use it for good. He then fully embraced it, and it’s ghostly aesthetic. When his father was offered a position in his firm’s Japanese branch, he took it. His parents have been wanting to move to japan so that they could live closer to his mother’s side of the family. It also gave Daxton the opportunity to enroll in U.A. to fine-tune his skills, and be the hero he wants to be. It was a move he was very excited about.
Family Members: He has both of his parents. His mother is Yukiko Bright, and his father is Johnathan Bright.

Quirk Information
Quirk Name: Phantom Form.
Type: Emitter.  
Description: Astral-Projection. His spirit leaves his body in a ghostly figure. He can pass through walls his phantom form, move really fast, manipulate small objects, and are otherwise unseen without a special device or quirks, or if he wills himself to be seen. If his phantom form passes through a person, it makes them nauseous and reduces their speed rank by 1.
Range: He can manipulate objects that he can see clearly. Can’t go farther than a 20meter radius from his body at level 1. It increases at other levels.
Weaknesses: If his body is injured his phantom has to return. His phantom form can be seen in the reflection of mirrors. His phantom form can be away from his body for only 10mins at level 1. It costs 2 technique points to move objects and it has to be within the levels weight restriction (up to 10lbs of objects at level 1).

Total Levels: 5 levels.

• Level 1: He can be in phantom form for 10mins, it can move up to a 20m radius from his body, and can move up to 10lbs of objects. Phantom form can move up to 23mph (Rank 3 speed.) If the user passes through someone while in phantom form, they grow increasingly nauseous, reducing their speed rank by 1 for two posts.
  
• Level 2: He can be in phantom form for 15mins, can move up to a 40m radius from his body, and can move up to 20lbs of objects. Phantom form can move up to 45mph (Rank 4 speed.) If the user passes through someone while in phantom form, they grow increasingly nauseous, reducing their speed rank by 1 for two posts.
  
• Level 3: He can be in phantom form for 20mins, move up to 60m radius from his body, and can move up to 30lbs of objects. Phantom form can move up to 45mph (Rank 4 speed.) If the user passes through someone while in phantom form, they grow increasingly nauseous, reducing their speed rank by 1 for two posts.
  
• Level 4: He can be in phantom form for 25mins, move up to an 80m radius from his body, and move up to 40lbs of objects. Phantom form can move up to 45mph (Rank 4 speed.) If someone is passed through in spirit form while already suffering from the speed penalty, they receive an additional -1 rank to their speed, and the duration of the debuff resets.
  
• Level 5: He can be in phantom form for 30mins, move up to a 100m radius from his body, and move up to 50lbs of objects. Phantom form can move up to 45mph (Rank 4 speed.) If someone is passed through in spirit form while already suffering from the speed penalty, they receive an additional -1 rank to their speed, and the duration of the debuff resets.
