History: Born to a wealthy family consisting of a Latina mother and a Caucasian father, Guillermo grew up in a life where he wanted for nothing. His parents owned their own business empire, possessing innocuous Quirks of their own, but proving fastidious business folk and shrewd operators. It was expected, as their only child, that Guillermo would inevitably succeed his parents and inherit the family business someday. Bill never felt particularly opposed to that plan, though that feeling came more from a lack of options than it did any love for the family business.
