Appearance: Satsuki is a pretty enough girl with classic Japanese features.  She rarely wears makeup, disliking the combined weight of it and her glasses on her face.  She usually wears her hair in twin braids, occasionally fastening seasonal flowers into the plait.  Her eyes are the only hint at a possibly mixed background, a deep blue instead of a more usual dark brown.  She is well proportioned and clean but does not attempt to draw attention to herself through her appearance.  

Personality:  Some people view Satsuki as a combination of calm and reserved, perhaps even shy, though this girl has an inner passion that can truly shine in the right situation.  The risk of being misunderstood is unfortunately high for Satsuki, but when allowed to blossom with like-minded people the joy and inspiration underneath is clear to see.  She wishes to be good for the pure sake of being good, but as not everyone can understand or accept that it is truly her goal, this can lead to isolation and mistrust.  She has a talent for self-expression through stories and parables, often revealing her thoughts through metaphors and the workings of fictional characters.  Satsuki leans toward being idealistic – choosing to believe that all people are inherently good, even perhaps simply misunderstood, and this gives her an incredible resilience in the face of hardship.  She has no interest in exerting her power over others and does not care for domineering attitudes at all.  She favors a democratic approach and works hard to make sure every voice and perspective is heard.  When something captures Satsuki's attention she devotes herself entirely to the situation, dedicating her time, energy, thoughts and emotions to the project.  Her shyness keeps her from becoming the viewed leader of the group, but she will always be right behind the voice.  She takes challenges and criticism personally, rather than as a reason to reassess her position, and can be easily injured in such a way.  Rather than lashing out when harmed she withdraws from the situation almost completely.  She tends to be private and reserved and this also can make Satsuki difficult to get to know.
History: Satsuki manifested her quirk at a very young age, having grown up the sheltered and beloved younger daughter of the Matsumori household.  She was a surprise to her parents when she was born, both of them expecting to have an empty nest with their son becoming an adult, but she was welcomed all the same.  The first time she displayed her quirk was when her brother had come home to visit, taking a break from his training for law enforcement.  He had been overworked to the point of exhaustion but when Satsuki was placed in his arms he was fully restored with a small flickering glow. Unlike him, she grew up knowing she had a quirk and working hard to figure out the nuances therein.  She worked very hard in school, always admiring the dedication of her quirkless older brother and the fact that despite his disability he still worked tirelessly on the police force.  She fought for the best grades to ensure her future.  Because of his example, she knew that there was no other option than for her to become a hero herself so that she could be someone Minoru would be proud of.
Family Members: Both of Satsuki's parents are in their 50s, she has one living grandparent (her mother's mother), and she has one older brother

Description: By draining energy from themselves, the user of Helping Hand is able to restore and amplify the power of others. Acting as a catalyst for the metabolic functions of those the user touches, Helping Hand can forcibly repair Wounds at a rate that far exceeds their natural period of recovery. When Helping Hand is activated, its user is able to enhance the expression of others’ Quirk Factors, strengthening their Quirks.

Weaknesses: As Helping Hand forces its user to act as a catalyst for others, its effects cannot be used to heal or strengthen its user themselves. Unlike some regenerative Quirks, Helping Hand cannot be used to regrow missing body parts or other large sections of missing tissue, as it only amplifies a person's inherent rate of healing. Healing multiple Wounds is physically intensive for the person being affected by Helping Hand, and each Wound healed beyond the first costs them 2 Technique Points.

• Level 1: The user begins at this level and can heal 1 Wound or amplify a person's Power by 1 Rank (to a maximum of 5) for a number of posts equal to the Rank of the user's Power.  Only one person may have their Power amplified at any one time
  
• Level 2: The user can now heal 1 Wound and amplify a person's Power by 1 Rank (to a maximum of 5) for a number of posts equal to the Rank of the user's Power.
  
• Level 3: The user may heal 2 Wounds at once for the base cost or amplify a person's Power by 2 Ranks (to a maximum of 5) for a number of posts equal to the Rank of the user's Power or amplify a person's Power by 1 Rank (to a maximum of 5) for a number of posts equal to double the Rank of the user's Power.
  
• Level 4: The user may amplify the Power of a number of people equal to the Rank of their Cooperativeness minus 1 (to a minimum of 1)
