History: Madoka has always been quite the lucky gal. At first it just seemed like a string of random coincidences until, mathematically, it just didn't make sense how she could be so lucky. Everything seemed to go the girl's way and she very rarely tasted the bitterness of defeat. It didn't take long to figure out that Madoka was, in fact, only had a single joint in her pinkie toe; a sure sign that her luck was more than just high probability. Her ability was something of an oddity among the Quirks she had read about, having no real control over it in anyway. Despite not being able to realistically control her own Quirk, the girl still managed to get one of the very few recommendation spots open into UA. (She doesn't remember ever filling out a form for it though.)

Description: Lucky 7 is a unique quirk in that there is no activation required by the user. The Quirk can be considered a part of the person as much as their personality and rather than manifest in some outward way, it simply grants the owner extreme luck. This luck can vary in range from winning streaks at pachinko to avoiding deadly situations without even really attempting to do so. All aspects of users life improve drastically: work, social, romantic, personal, financial, school and basically life as a whole would become easier, happier, and would excel altogether.

Weaknesses: The extremeness of one's luck goes both ways. The polarity of luck is dependent on the mood of the user. In times of doubt or brooding their luck will turn bad. Additionally, Lucky 7 only applies to the individual and can not affect those around them. In some cases, such as a disaster, this will leave the owner as the sole person left untouched, unable to help any around them and merely be a spectator.
Base Cost: 2, costs 2 whenever the user utilizes Analysis saves given from the quirk or luck is bent in their favor
Total Levels:

• Level 1: User is slightly luckier than other people. On average good things happen to them more often and bad less often. Random chances tilt slightly to their favor. The user wins 75% of all games of chance and 50% of all games of skill, never has bad hair days, never gets stains, never trips or stumbles, often gets extra food when they go out to eat, and usually gets called as the winner of giveaways or limited time offers.. Grants 1 additional use of the Analysis ability.
  
• Level 2: User is notably luckier than other people, good things happen to them more often, and bad less often. Random chance tilts to their favor most of the time, and beneficial coincidences occur for the user at abnormal rates. The user can pass tests without studying, rarely gets lost even when not knowing how to get to their destination wins 100% of all games of chance and 75% of all games of skill, often times finds money in their pockets they forgot they left there from earlier, and begins to avoid unlucky situations like breaking a nail, getting splashed by puddles, and other such small events.. Grants 2 additional uses of the Analysis ability.
  
• Level 3: User is luckier than most people, good things generally happen to them and bad things rarely do. Random chance will always tilt towards their favor, and any attempts to make bad things happen to them are more difficult, as the user's luck continuously tips towards their benefit. Pranks can no longer be played on the user, they seem to avoid all but the most ingenious of traps, and very rarely have accidents. They can accurately guess the correct answer when given a list of options, win 100% of games of skill, and often find themselves stumbling into advantageous situations without meaning to. The avoidance of unlucky events grows as well. The user never gets sick, never gets the wrong order at a restaurant, and very rarely gets themselves in situations that would inconvenience non-heroes. Grants 3 additional uses of the Analysis ability.
  
• Level 4: User is one of the luckiest people in existence, to a point that things go to their way no matter what they do. Any attempts to make bad things happen to the user will almost always fail unless their chances are cosmically minuscule. The user has almost everything without outside interference go their way. Shrapnel, debris, non-encompassing AoE, and other such things tends to miss them and effects similar to that from Quirks must be equal or greater to the level of the user's Power in order to hit. Grants 4 additional uses of the Analysis ability.
  
• Level 5: User is lucky to the point where probability means nothing, and reality will change in order for a chance to turn towards their favor. The odds of making bad things happen to the user are impossible, and chance will always either favor the user or disfavor those who oppose the user. The user no longer has to try to avoid debris or AoEs, the matter seems to bend to avoid them. Attacks made that are equal or lower to the user's Power deal -2 Wounds down to a minimum of 1. Grants 5 additional uses of the Analysis ability.
