Skill Points and Proficiencies
In addition to their Quirks, heroes and villains in My Hero Academia have various proficiencies that aid them in diplomatic and combat situations. These include training with various weapons, martial arts, physicality, and linguistics. Characters gain a certain number of Skill Points based on their Intelligence stat. Skill Points can be spent on these proficiencies, which in turn confer different bonuses that should be kept track of and noted in a character's updates.
Skill Points can be spent on the following categories, you can purchase each category more than once (denoted in updates as Martial Arts I, Martial Arts II, etc);
Crafted Item Template

- Analytical Training grants you an additional use of the Analysis ability. This category can only be purchased once, and costs two Skill Points.
- Choose a discipline (computer hacking, dancing, gadget crafting, etc). You gain Area of Expertise with the chosen discipline. This makes you more skilled in that discipline than anyone without the Skill, as well as unlocking abilities that might present specific gameplay opportunities or work in tandem with your Quirk. If your chosen discipline is a crafting discipline, then every 25 claimed posts you make, you may register one crafted item in your character updates.
- Endurance Training allows you to take more damage before being defeated. Increase your Wound Threshold by 5.
- Choose two additional languages. You gain Language Proficiency with those languages, letting you speak them fluently, in addition to reading and writing them.
- Martial Arts Training makes the user's basic attacks, punches, kicks, and strikes (non-Quirk enhanced) deal an additional +1 Wound of damage.
- Choose a weapon type (swords, staves, guns, etc). You gain Weapon Proficiency with that type of weapon, allowing you to use it effectively, and you gain a personal arsenal of that type. Weapons deal 3 Wounds of damage.

[b]Function:[/b] The abilities of your crafted item. Be creative, but be reasonable. If this item is a gadget, take inspiration from various parts of super-hero media. Batman's utility belt, Deku's air-blast gauntlets, Spider Man's web-slingers, etc. Particularly strong abilities may require drawbacks on the item, however. If your crafted item is a consumable, it can be created in-bulk, in an amount determined based on the power of the item.
[b]Weaknesses:[/b] What are the drawbacks of your item? A mundane item, like a smoke-bomb, might not need a weakness. However, stronger gadgets might need specific flaws, a Technique Point cost, or a use-limit.
